5. No brokerage guarantee

121squares.com is an information and discovery platform. We do not guarantee any sale, purchase, rental or transaction outcome. Users are solely responsible for verifying properties and executing agreements.

6. Intellectual property

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRICH CORP Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamilnadu.
